1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using M2S ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on M2S for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on M2S
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on M2S are provided on an 'as is' basis. M2S makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall M2S or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on M2S, even if M2S or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on M2S could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. M2S does not warrant that any of the materials on M2S are accurate, complete, or current. M2S may make changes to the materials contained on M2S at any time without notice.

6. Links

M2S has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by M2S of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

M2S may revise these terms of service for M2S at any time without notice. By using M2S, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Terms and Policy Between Users

The following information on the terms and conditions between users entering a contract should be taking very seriously as there will be severe consequences and measure against any party or user who fails to uphold their own end and is reported. Thus users are hereby encouraged to treat one another with respect in every deal or contract they make successfully.

Introduction

Terms between users on M2S is simply rules and guidelines put in place to guide and protect in the interest on both parties (the skill finder and the skill provider or trainee and the trainer) getting into a contract. This helps to insure a 98% guarantee of productivity for both parties in the contract. Therefore, M2S uses these terms to eliminate some unprofessional insecurity such as delay in payments, poor timing on task completion, bad work/services, bad attitude/character etc. M2S seek to ensure a harmonious, comfortable and trust worthy environment for each user in the platform going into a contract.

Responsibilities and Consequences

The following points are carefully put in place to guide each party when dealing with another so as to build confidence of work and maintain good experience as well continues contract in the future. Parties that will not work according to these guides will not be taken lightly and as such face the law.

1. Skill Finder (the Seeker)

The skill finder also known as the seeker can be an individual or an organization that is in need of the services of a particular skill provider. The seeker may be facing a problem of a need or want (a project, a garget, property etc) which may need maintenance or construction. Thus, seek a qualify skill provider from M2S who is willing to work at a convenient price and specified time range. Once contract is initiated successfully the seeker is expected of the following:

  • Respect: The seeker or skill finder is expected to treat the skill provider with respect. That is, he or she should use a gentle tone or choice of words while negotiating within contract time, show integrity, honesty and empathy towards work interest.
  • Payment: The skill finder is under obligation to make required payment as imputed in contract without any excuses once the skill provider has successfully delivered his or her job. Any form of double crossing, fee/payment evasion etc, the seeker will face the law and will pay double the payment fee (charge for labor).
  • Information: The skill finder is responsible for the disclosure of any information concerning the job description. (e.g. a job for 1 TV repair on the contract but presenting 2 on the field) Once the information about the job is stated and validated by the other party (skill provider), anything added by words or any other means will not be covered or insured by M2S for possible follow up in case of damages.

2. Skill Provider (Technician)

The skill provider also known as the technician can be an individual or an organization that has required know how of a particular skill and is also license to practice such a skill for subsistence or commercial purposes. Technicians can take on a project, a garget or property which may need maintenance or construction for a specific amount and a define time range. Once contract is initiated successfully the technician is expected of the following:

  • Respect: The Technician or skill provider is expected to treat the skill finder or seeker with respect. That is, he or she should use a gentle tone or choice of words while negotiating within contract time, show integrity, honesty and empathy towards work interest.
  • Time Management: The technician is expected to respect the time he has allocated in the contract for which work should be delivered. When estimating time, it is advisable that technician add a little time in order to deal with any unforeseen circumstances which may arise in the course of work. Failure to meet up with estimated time, the technician will be penalize if reported by the seeker. And as such, the penalty goes thus; the seeker will cut a quarter (1/4) of the labor amount charge based on the contract. In gross cases, forces of law and order will be call to attention.
  • Quality of Work: Every work is said to have a price. Therefore, whatever work description the technician is accepting in the contract, he will be expected to perform the best service to the satisfaction of his/her client. Technicians are respected people in the society and not thieves. So they should lead with good examples so as to encourage their good name and image of their business through the message they deliver from the services they provide. On the hand, if a license technician of service/skill provider do not meet up with work quality/poor services or do partial/incomplete work, such a person should be reported. He/she will be detained by forces of law and order and will be forced to complete the job with quality service and will not be paid.
